Cynthia has earned her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) and CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) designations and has been certified in Broker Price Opinions, Short Sales and REOs with the Five Star Institute.  Cynthia was awarded membership in the RE/MAX Platinum Club for 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, and 2004.  She became a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2004, the highest award attainable by a RE/MAX sales associate. This award recognizes Cynthia’s outstanding achievement and places her among the top professionals in the real estate industry.  She was also the proud recipient of the Chairman’s Club award in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009 which is one of the highest single year honors that RE/MAX bestows upon an agent, a mark of her continued success and dedication.  Cynthia was honored in 2007 with RE/MAX's Lifetime Achievement Award. This award acknowledges Cynthia's ongoing commitment to  education and the knowledge, experience and the high quality service she consistently gives to her customers.
